Here's the setup info for this fun studio shot. Being in the middle of summer here in Australia we usually have a few of these sunflowers growing in the garden at this time of the year. So what do you do when you have a few of these growing, you cut one and somehow incorporate it into a shot!

A three light setup as shown below. A speedlight in a 28" softbox as key about 45 deg camera right, a wide gridspot camera right for background light and a third speedlight bare bounced to ceiling for some subtle fill light just to open the shadows a little bit. A simple shot where the prep time exceeded the shoot time! Not much more to say, the lighting diagram below may make it easier to understand.
